Our cancellation policy allows changes or cancellations up to 72 hours before your arrival, with no additional charges. We recommend reviewing these conditions before completing your reservation.
Although we love animals, we currently do not allow pets on our premises to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
At Casa Cien Hilos, we offer luxurious accommodation with complimentary Wi-Fi and the option to book exclusive cultural and culinary experiences. Four of our five rooms also include a minibar for your convenience.
We currently do not have on-site parking, but we’ll be happy to guide you to safe and nearby options where you can park your vehicle during your stay.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax while your room is prepared.
